Welcome to the SEIU Healthcare Affordable Housing microsite (“Microsite”). By accessing or using this Microsite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Microsite.

Purpose of the Microsite

The Affordable Housing Microsite has been created to allow eligible SEIU Healthcare members to express interest in affordable housing opportunities offered by High Art Capital.

SEIU Healthcare’s role is limited to collecting applications, conducting preliminary eligibility verification where applicable, and forwarding applicant information to High Art Capital for further review and administration.

High Art Capital is solely responsible for evaluating applicants, administering the housing program, conducting any additional screening or verification, selecting applicants, managing leasing decisions, and providing all housing-related services.

Eligibility

The Affordable Housing Initiative is intended for eligible SEIU Healthcare members.

Eligibility requirements may include, but are not limited to:

• Being a current SEIU Healthcare member in good standing;
• Meeting applicable household income thresholds;
• Meeting commute or workplace eligibility requirements;
• Providing accurate information required for the application process; and
• Meeting any additional requirements established by High Art Capital.

Eligibility requirements may change without notice as program requirements evolve.

No Guarantee of Housing

Submitting an application through this Microsite does not guarantee:

• Eligibility for the Affordable Housing Initiative;
• Advancement to subsequent stages of the application process;
• Selection through any lottery process;
• Approval for tenancy; or
• Availability of housing.

Meeting the preliminary eligibility criteria does not guarantee that an applicant will receive housing or be selected for further consideration.

Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Microsite is complete, accurate, and truthful.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in an application being rejected or removed from further consideration.

Applicants may be required by High Art Capital to provide additional documentation or complete further verification steps after their application has been submitted.

Role of SEIU Healthcare

SEIU Healthcare provides this Microsite as a service to its members and acts solely as the intake and referral partner for the Affordable Housing Initiative.

SEIU Healthcare does not:

• Own, develop, lease, or manage the housing;
• Make applicant selection decisions;
• Conduct lottery selections;
• Determine tenancy eligibility;
• Perform credit or background checks; or
• Manage properties or tenancy agreements.

Role of High Art Capital

High Art Capital is solely responsible for administering the affordable housing program, including applicant review, eligibility verification, lottery selection where applicable, document verification, leasing decisions, property management, and ongoing housing administration.

Any questions relating to housing availability, tenancy, leasing, or property management should be directed to High Art Capital at the appropriate stage of the application process.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Microsite, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of SEIU Healthcare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

SEIU Healthcare may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Microsite following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
